Get back into exercise! 

8.00am-8.45am Thursday mornings
Mt Eliza Village Neighbourhood Centre $5 each session 

Planned and supervised by a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor,  and specialising in exercise for older adults, taking great care to ensure that exercises are tailored to each participant needs.

We are a small group new to exercising together and welcome other like minded souls to join us in our quest to improve our quality of life and fitness levels.
